Veteran Care Finder is a DexCare Innovation Team research demo built to evaluate AI-assisted VA facility search for humans and agents. Treat it as a non-production environment. Do not submit sensitive personal health information that you would not want processed in a demo system.

What we process

When you search, we process the text you enter, optional location signals when your browser grants permission, and standard technical logs needed to operate the service. Location is optional: you can always search with a city, state, or ZIP code instead of sharing your device position. Results may include facility identifiers, addresses, and phone numbers returned from public VA data sources.

Third-party services

Facility data is retrieved from VA APIs and related enrichment services configured for this demo. AI query analysis may send search text to a language-model provider to interpret intent. Maps and static location images may request map tiles from open map providers.
